This blog is meant for moms who adore their kids but want a little more for their lives too, whether that be in the form of their career, a favorite hobby, meaningful relationships, or time having fun.

    You sound like wonder woman with the way you balance work and home life. I’m so impressed. Are you into sharing some of your gluten-free high-fiber recipes? The Christmas e-mail you sent out mentioned it and I know that would be food for our family too.

    Thanks for posting. It’s nice to hear from you!

    I get most of my gluten-free dinner recipes from the recipe database on the Whole Foods website (www.wholefoods.com). They are really good. I also like http://www.simplysugarandglutenfree.com/ for desserts. In addition, I have gotten many GF recipes from my friend and nutritionist, Simla Wickless (www.enjoydelicioushealth.com). I’ve posted her smoothie recipe and kale chips on this blog. Thanks for writing and come back soon!
